Connections Bible Studies
Connections is the small group Bible study ministry at FBC.
It's more than just a catchy name - connections are what we're reaching
for:

How do we do this?
Our #1 goal is to introduce people
to a life-long relationship with God.
Each Bible study is designed to
help people grow in their relationship with God.
We build relationships with each
other as we learn to live together in authentic community.
|
Our adult
Connections groups meet every Sunday morning, from 9:40 - 10:40. Most
groups meet in the Friendship House, but a few (like our senior adults)
do meet in the main building.
|

|
Connections groups are a friendly,
informal gathering of around ten adults. Studies cover a range of
interesting topics that you can join at anytime, If
you haven't been in a small group Bible study before, relax, we try to
create a safe place for you to grow in relationship and knowledge of God's
word at your pace and comfort. Our groups are
always 'open,' which means there's no need to sign up in advance or make a
long-term commitment.
|

|
Coffee and danish are always (well, usually) served in the
Friendship House kitchen. We invite you to join us for Connections this
Sunday!
|
|

|
Connections
groups for children and youth are also taught by caring teachers meet in
the main building at the same time as the adult groups, so parents can
relax while their kids learn about God.
|
While some parents may be concerned
that their grade-schoolers will demand too much attention during the
worship service (child care for pre-schoolers is
available during both services), many of our families have found our
worship celebrations to be relaxed, with singing that's interesting for children,
and a great time to develop a meaningful family experience that's centered
on God.
